What costs are included in the rental charge?
Your monthly rental figure also covers all servicing, labour, toner and parts.

What is the minimum amount of time that a machine can be rented?
The minimum rental term is 3 months. There is no maximum term, but we would review your requirements
with you each quarter to ensure you remain on the most suitable plan for your needs.

How is my rental amount calculated?
We recommend you try our online calculator to get a quick estimate of your rental amount. Once you submit your calculations to us, we will then arrange a visit by one of our Rental Advisors. They can talk through your specific situation and determine the ideal machine for you. We then work out your required rental period and, factoring in discounts for longer rental periods, we can calculate your rental figure.

Can I buy the printer/copier at the end of the rental period?
Yes, we can calculate the residual value of the machine and you can then choose whether to continue
with the older machine or simply to go on to a new rental period with a newer machine.

What if I do a lot more copies than is in my plan?
We allow for a good degree of variation in our plans, so this is rarely an issue. Our initial site visits typically produce an accurate indication of future requirements, however, if you do have a very big increase in requirements we can arrange to move you onto a more suitable plan.

How are the payments made?
Payments are made by direct debit quarterly, or monthly by arrangement.

How do I estimate my monthly usage?
If you have a printer/copier arrangement in place already then you should be able to see that from your
most recent bill. Alternatively, you can also call us at any time at 01 419 3200 for an informal chat about
working out your monthly requirements.

Where’s the catch?
There is no catch, just a common sense solution for today’s business. We can capitalise our machines
without the need for costly bank finance. We then give you a simple, predictable all-in rental amount.

Can I buy my printer/copier instead of renting?
Yes, we can offer you a full sales facility on all our machines. You can also avail of our
comprehensive service option, whereby our engineers will keep your new copier running in
optimum condition. You can even choose toner inclusive or toner exclusive service agreements.

Do you rent more than just printer/copiers?
Yes, currently we also offer rental of interactive whiteboards and we will be expanding our selection
to include the full range of business equipment.

Do you maintain the equipment as well?
Yes! We offer a total satisfaction guarantee. We will always keep your machine running at optimum
performance. In the unlikely event of a machine developing a fault that cannot be repaired, we will
replace it with a similar or newer model.

What are the benefits of renting over leasing?
The main benefit is that renting is completely flexible and allows you to change your
machine as your needs change. In addition, you have flexibility to change the rental term,
with a 3 month notice period and payment of a small administration fee.

Can I upgrade my machine?
Yes, if your requirements expand, we'll simply arrange a meeting with one of our expert sales
team, and they will recommend the right solution for you.

Is the Rental Rate fixed?
Yes it is fixed once you sign up to a specific term and volume.

Can I rent a machine without any copies included?
Yes, you can rent the machine only, and then have a separate cost per copy contract. For more

What levels of security are on these machines?
Sharp have the most secure range currently in the market. This is supported with a sixth consecutive
BERTL's Best award for most secure MFP range 2009. The machine comes standard with level four
securities, but should you require further encryption, an optional Data Security Kit is available.
